Policy Statement

BOR Policy VIII-5.20 describes the Chancellor's responsibility for voting all proxies for ±¬ÁϹ«Éç investment securities. The Chancellor will vote as the management recommends unless special consideration of University responsibility dictates otherwise.

For ±¬ÁϹ«Éç Foundation, Inc., investment proxies are handled by the various investment management firms.
